It's almost a week until Mina turns 10 months! Jason's enjoying his school so much that when I drop him off, he tells me "Bye!" (as if I'm being dismissed).
Who is Murty the Dirty? We don't know. It's Jason playing make believe.
Jason: Where is Murty the Dirty?
Me: I don't know, is he in your bed?
Jason: No!
Me: Is he in your pocket?
Jason: Yes! (Laughing hysterically)

Jason has recently taken to asking for ice whenever he gets a little boo boo, no matter how minor it is. The other day when we were in the park, he asked me about a dead tree branch. I told him that the tree got hurt and fell down (using language that he understands), to which he replied, "Oh, the tree needs ice!" :)
